Indications

HidraWear provides wearable wound care for wounds in the following locations:

  • Axilla
  • Buttock
  • Groin
  • Inner thigh

HidraWear foam dressings are indicated for wounds with low to moderate levels of exudate.
HidraWear superabsorbent dressings are indicated for wounds with moderate to high levels of exudate.


How to use HidraWear

How to select the correct size base layer.
  1. Refer to the size guide or the online sizing calculator
  2. Refer to the diagrams in the guides and measure the parts of the body required.
  3. With the measurements, use the sizing graph to select the size.  Alternatively, enter the measurements into the online sizing calculator.

Note: If you are in-between sizes always choose the smaller size.

Application is as easy as 1,2,3
  1. Put on the HidraWear base layer and select a fresh dressing.
  2. Insert the HidraWear dressing and place over the wound area.
  3. Secure the HidraWear dressing in place with the external SecureLock fastening tab.

To remove your dressing. Take off the external fastening tab, pull baselayer away from skin and slide the dressing out.
