ALHYDRAN is a concentrated medical cream for the treatment and hydration of vulnerable skin immediately after wound closure. It combines the strength of freshly processed, pure aloë vera gel (Aruba Aloe barbadensis) and high-quality oils and ingredients such as jojoba oil, Vitamin E and Vitamin C. Helps to prevent scar formation and hydrates dry, sensitive and vulnerable skin.



ALHYDRAN ensures optimal hydration of the epidermis (by means of a unique combination of hydration and occlusion), and promotes healing of the skin barrier[1].

When to recommend ALHYDRAN

  • Medical after care (Dermatological treatment, Surgical interventions and Actinic Keratosis)
  • Scar prevention
  • Treatment of vulnerable skin after burns
  • Peri-wound skin around chronic wounds
  • Extreme redness
  • Radiotherapy aftercare
  • Chronic skin disorders (e.g. extremely dry skin, eczema and psoriasis)

Applying ALHYDRAN*

  • Only apply after wound closure
  • Can be used in combination with silicone therapy and under wound dressings, support stockings and pressure garments
  • A small amount per application is enough to moisturise the skin
  • Apply ALHYDRAN at least 3 times daily, or when skin feels itchy, dry or irritated
  • Do not use ALHYDRAN if you are allergic to any of the ingredients
